***DISCLOSURE*** Lid has a very thin hair-like section where the paint didn’t take. The top lip section of the jar and bottom rim do have some small sections where the ceramic spots came off due to use over the last 40+ years but nothing major. The base has a hairline fracture which is shown in the last picture; this line has been there for the last 15+ years or so and has still held up hand-washing after that. We've never stored any liquids in it, only dry goods.
